Use of the LoveBeat service implies full and complete acceptance of these general terms of sale. LoveBeat is a highly personalized digital creation service.

LoveBeat provides a personalized song generation service using Artificial Intelligence. The final result (lyrics and audio) directly depends on the information provided by the user in the questionnaire.
2. Order and Price
Prices are indicated in Euros (incl. VAT). Order validation occurs after filling out the questionnaire and full payment of the displayed amount. Prices may vary based on chosen options (Priority delivery, AI Album Art).
3. Secure Payment
Payment for orders is made via the secure Stripe platform. The charge is immediate. LoveBeat never has access to your bank details.
4. No Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code (and equivalent EU directives), the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium where the execution has begun with the consumer's prior express consent.

LoveBeat uses cutting-edge AI technologies (Gemini, Suno). While we pay close attention to quality, we cannot guarantee that the result will exactly match each user's subjective expectations. The service is provided 'as is'.
